機械大手のClaasは9日、自動車産業向け溶接設備子会社Claas Fertigungstechnikを独投資会社MBB Industriesに売却すると発表した。主力の農業機械事業を強化する戦略の一環。取引金額は明らかにしていない。Claas Fertigungstechnikは従業員数が270人で、昨年は1億ユーロを売り上げた。
