Deutsche Telekomの米移動通信子会社T-Mobile USAは7日、LTE通信網の構築に向けてEricssonとNokia Siemens Networks（NSN）の2社に機器を発注したと発表した。4Gネットワークを整備する計画の一環。受注した2社は計3万7,000カ所の基地局に機器を設置する。取引金額は明らかにしていない。T-Mobile USAは通信網の能力が低く、顧客の大量流出が続いている。
