印刷インキ世界2位メーカーのFlintを英投資会社CVCが売却するもようだ。従来は株式公開を念頭に置いていたが、市場環境の悪化を受けて方針を転換したという。12日付『ファイナンシャル・タイムズ（ドイツ版）』紙が金融・業界筋の情報として報じた。売却手続きは初期段階にあるとしている。

CVCは2004年、BASFなどの印刷インキ事業を買収。05年には米Flintを買収したうえで手持ちの印刷インキ事業と統合した。本社はルクセンブルクに置いている。
