フォークリフト大手の独Kionは3日、夏までに新規株式公開（IPO）を実施すると発表した。フランクフルト市場に上場する方針。IPOを実施すると昨年戦略提携した中国企業ウェイチャイ・パワー（山東重工の傘下）の出資比率は現在の25％から30％弱に上昇し、投資会社KKR、Goldman Sachsの出資比率は計75％から低下する。
