独銀行大手のCommerzbankは25日、有価証券管理事業を仏同業BNP Paribasに売却することで合意したと発表した。同事業が中核事業から外れたためと説明している。取引金額は非公開。同事業の資産管理額は約930億ユーロ（4月末現在）に上る。
