電機大手の独Siemensは6日、水処理事業を英投資会社AEA Investorsに売却すると発表した。AEA Investorsへの売却観測は10月半ばの時点で出ていた。取引金額は6億4,000万ユーロ。同事業の直近の売上高は13億ユーロで、営業利益（EBITDA）は7,000万～8,000万ユーロに上ったもよう。
