自動車部品大手の独Continentalは20日、2011年12月期の配当を1株当たり1.50ユーロとする方針を取締役会で決議したと発表した。3月の監査役会を経て4月27日の株主総会で正式に決定する見通し。同社は巨額赤字を計上した2008年12月期以降、無配が続いており、復配は4年ぶりとなる。配当総額は約3億ユーロ、配当性向（当期利益に占める配当額の割合）は24％。
